This morning’s conversation with Pasquale.

Problem: you want to drag a layer without selecting whatever may be on top of it, and without toggling the auto-select button all the time.
Solution: Using your move tool, have the layers you want to move selected, and Command+click and drag to only drag your selected layer.
Unfortunately: There’s no toggle for auto-select layer/group. However, you can make a tool preset if you feel so inclined.

I’ve used IE6 before in real life situations… Usually it’s at some random internet cafe in a foreign country, trying to email my mom before my $5 for 15 minutes of internet expires. It’s like doing backwards jumping jacks on one foot in an outhouse.

It’s amazing how few sites are able to even think about loading. There must be an easy cure for this handicap… but even microsoft.com has issues.
